About the C5 axis:

For years Carver has mixed surfing and skateboarding, but as surfskate progressed and riders incorporated new tricks of traditional skateboarding into their style, the brand has set out to design skates that will support that progression. Lower, lighter and narrower axles, "new school" deck with double kick mold and smaller wheels designed for park, all of this makes tricks easier while still allowing you a carving with all the snap and grip.
