Rob Machado and Dan Mann have created the Mashup: A fusion of their most popular designs: the Seaside and the Spitfire.
Built with Helium technology, it is a strong contender to be one of our favorite surfboards for this 2022.
The Mash Up is a refined blend of the outlines of two of Rob Machado and Dan Mann's most popular models: the Seaside and the Spitfire. Merging the best of both, they have managed to create a surfboard with the glide and speed of the Seaside, but with a more radical behavior like the Firewire Spitfire.

Which surf fins do we recommend for the Firewire Mashup?
The Mashup was arguably designed as a quad - and although the maneuverability improves with a 3-fin configuration, in trifin configuration the surfboard feels much slower and you have to put a lot more effort into linking turns. So we opted for the quad option.
- Trifin: New Kelly Slater trifin FCS2 Endorfins.
- Quad: New Kelly Slater Endorfins, Machado Quad set or Rob Machado Keel fins, which are the same fins we use for the Firewire Seaside.
What size fin do we recommend?
If you are coming from a high performance shortboard, I would add a little extra volume to help maximize the Mashup's capabilities in small waves.
What kind of waves do we recommend this board for?
Rob Machado and Dan Mann's Mashup is a board designed for waves between 0.3 and 1.5m in size.
What type of surfer do we recommend the Firewire Mash Up for?
Designed for both intermediate and more demanding surfers.
If you are looking for a board that flows easily in the wave and can take advantage of all its speed to put strong and powerful turns, it is a board that you should consider.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Shipping
