Do the agencies make "contactless deliveries"?

For everyone's security, deliveries will be made safely without contact. This is Protocol in front of Covid-19 of Fedex International:

When will I receive my order?

Due to the high demand of these dates, transport providers are experiencing delays in deliveries, so your order could be affected. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

What happens if the agency cannot deliver my order?

If your zip code is in a restricted area for security reasons, either because of confinement or because of limitations in transport capacity, the agency will send the order back to us.

All merchandise that has been given the incidence "Force Majeure" because it is impossible to deliver due to the measures on the closure of establishment by the crisis of the COVI-19 will be returned automatically. This is due to the high volume of goods that already exist in the delegations of the transport agencies. The return order will be generated automatically once the systems finish the development and implement it in renova.
