Functional Surf Training

In this section you will find our different tutorial videos for functional surf training. From surfskate, swimming pool training, physical checkups, yoga or pilates. But all of them directed towards our favorite sport, surf.

Collaborating with different professionals, we will show you how using these simple exercises, your surfing level will rise. Simple training exercises to better our paddling technique or our coordination and even our stability. All of these are very important since the nature of this unpredictable environment we find ourselves in when we surf.

We will work with the force of our paddling in a n unstable medium. We will simulate these real situations that we will find ourselves in the water currents or adverse conditions.
