The O'Neill Hyperfreak 4/3+ wetsuit is super lightweight thanks to its technobutter 3 material. With a minimal seam design, unfinished cuffs and durable krypto knee pads. Lightweight, quality materials and attention to detail make this a comfortable wetsuit designed to last.

Awarded the 2018 Best Wetsuit of the Year with a SIMA Award by the surf industry, the Hyperfreak is shaping up to be a very comfortable and stretchy wetsuit. For the 2022/2023 season O'neill has decided to surprise us with some improvements, which outline its features as a superior range in comfort.

It is made with Technobutter 3 neoprene in the central body and legs, and Technobuter 3X neoprene in the arms and shoulders. This gives the neoprene a new level of stretch and comfort, giving it a much greater range of motion than other suits. With no restrictions imposed, you can surf, paddle at your best and move freely without your muscles suffering.

The great novelty this year are the seams, which in addition to being thermosealed, now come with TB3X tape. This prevents water from entering through the seams, while keeping the natural flexibility of the suit intact. The chest zipper enhances the feeling of wearing a waterproof suit, thanks in part to FUZE technology, which seals the zipper teeth so that not a drop of water seeps through.

With a minimalist design that contains no seams to reduce the suit's flexibility, the O'neill Hyperfreak is shaping up for another year as one of the best wetsuits for surfing, bodyboarding or longboarding.
