Twin Fins

Twinfins were created in the 30s-40s and are linked to the old school. Their main difference with respect to other boards is their twin fins in the posterior of the board. Despite what you may think, there are differences between twin fin depending on the tail. The most common ones are Fish tails.

We recommend you check out our article on the Twin Fin where we explain the different types of Twinfin that exist in the market currently. That´s because there are twin fins with stabilizers, fish tail (most popular) with more or less pronounced tails and even with square tail like a mini simons. All this gives the surfer a different feeling.

If you are thinking about buying a twin fin or a fish with twin fins and you´re not sure which size is best for you, visit our surfboard recommender. If you still have doubts, send us an email, chat with us or call us. We are glad to help you any way we can.
