Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

EUROPE ZONE 1: GERMANY, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, FRANCE, HOLLAND ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, UNITED KINGDOM free shipping from 50 euros except for items on sale. Delivery Time: 3 working days.

EUROPE ZONE 2: DENMARK, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, HUNGARY, IRELAND, POLAND, CZECH REPUBLIC, FINLAND, NORWAY, SWEDEN, MALTA, GREECE, SWITZERLAND free shipping from 50 euros except for surfboards (additional cost of 19,95 EUR including VAT). Delivery time aprox 3-5 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD

SINGLE QUIVER is an import and export company and can make sales without VAT (21% SPANISH TAX). We deliver worldwide. Do not hesitate to consult us for the rates.
