Get prepared for the coming season even when you are out of water. The AZTRON DAWN Balance Board will help you improve core strength, stability, coordination and reaction time. It's perfect for personal fitness training as well as for having fun with family and friend. This balance board can be used in training sessions for practically all sports: surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding, kitesurfing ...

The benefits of introducing a balance board in workouts include: upper and lower strength training, injury prevention, physical therapy, injury rehabilitation, and improved neuromuscular response.

Characteristics:

It has sandpaper on the upper part for a perfect grip. You can wear with or without footwear.
Includes board and roller.
Deck of 12-ply premium wood plies
Surfboard inspired board shape with a pointy nose
120mm plastic molded roller included
