Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Delivery

CHECK THE DELIVERY TIME OF YOUR ITEM, you can see it in the product description. For custom surfboard orders, please contact us. The delivery time for surfboards depends on the brand and the technology used in their manufacturing. Generally, it ranges from 3 to 5 weeks for PU boards and between 4 to 6 weeks for Epoxy or special surfboards (such as tinted resin boards). For custom surfboard orders, please contact us directly to get accurate information about delivery times, as this can vary based on the specifications and current workload.

Delivery Cost:

EUROPE ZONE 1: GERMANY, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, FRANCE, THE NETHERLANDS, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, UNITED KINGDOM, free shipping from 50 euros except for items on sale and surfboards (20EUR +VAT). Delivery Time: 3 working days.

EUROPE ZONE 2: DENMARK, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, HUNGARY, IRELAND, POLAND, CZECH REPUBLIC, FINLAND, SWEDEN, GREECE, SWITZERLAND free shipping from 50 euros except for surfboards (40 EUR+VAT). Delivery time aprox 3-5 working days.

EUROPE ZONE 3: CHIPRE, NORWAY, TURKEY, MALTA,ISLAND delivery cost for surfboards (50 EUR+VAT). Delivery time aprox 5-7 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD

SINGLE QUIVER is an import and export company and can make sales without VAT (21% SPANISH TAX). We deliver worldwide. Do not hesitate to consult us for the rates.
